Welcome to my blog! My name is Chelsea Colwell and I am going into my fifth year of teaching! I taught for three years at a charter school for students with autism in South Florida. I am currently teaching at a public elementary School in a self-contained autism classroom. My first year of teaching was everything I expected and more! I was glued to other teacher's blogs and of course Pinterest to help me navigate my first year. I wanted to create my own blog to communicate with other teachers and to share some ideas that I have.
Okay, so I do have somewhat of a life outside of teaching, just somewhat! I have two adorable ferrets named Penelope and Pancake, and a dog named Pico de Gallo. I recently got engaged and am in the process of wedding planning! I graduated with my masters degree in Exceptional Education with a focus on autism. Thanks for visiting my blog!!
